Armed with over ten years of relationship-building experience with senior level managers in the homebuilding industry and knowledge of the cyclical nature and market dynamics of the sector, Frank acted on advice of friends in the real estate community to start Frank Owens Ltd., an executive search firm specializing in the unique requirements of the Home Building Industry.
Twenty years later, Frank's 1985 theory that industry consolidation and securitization of mortgage portfolios would combine to be a driving force in the country's economic growth has proven true. From his early days in 1985, where he specialized in helping homebuilders right-size their firms to maintain market position in a sliding housing market, to the nineties and today where he specializes in staffing homebuilders for geographic market expansions, Frank Owens has been relied upon by clients as a trusted advisor to manage their most important resource...human management of the enterprise.
By forging relationships early in his career, Frank was able to parlay those relationships into very rewarding friendships throughout the careers of many executives within the Home Building Industry.
